Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.

We kindly ask that you review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement.


Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not available for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear
