What is your return policy?

At Spoken Faith by Benita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Refunds and replacements are not available for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your issue is reviewed and approved:

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping to U.S and Canada, as well as select international countries, check to see if shipping in offered in your country

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
